There is a big Warhammer 40k content creator who is one of the best players in the world, but his takes on new stuff, the meta and whatnot is often very wrong.

Serious question for any lawyers or legal-savvy people on here: Could something like this be grounds for a class action lawsuit against Meta for defamation? Since the incorrect, impossible-to-remove “Likely made with AI” labels can cause reputational damage?

I'm not watching the World Cup halftime show. instead, one I was thinking of June Jordan's proposal with Buckminster Fuller back in the 60s for conical towers for Harlem for some reasons. And two, there's a Facebook group I saw I'm still part of where about half the posts are comics or videos in AI.

My new hobby is blocking and reporting as a scam every AI ad I get on insta or facebook.
