About
Glypse gives prediction market traders a way to compare social media sentiment around the subjects relevant to a market. Queries can cover companies, crypto assets, political candidates, products, or films. The same sentiment detection capability applies to every query, showing its sentiment score and emotion distribution as well as how attention and reactions change over time. You can build a comparison around the options in a prediction market on Polymarket or Kalshi, using the terms that best describe each subject.
Post volume shows how much discussion each subject receives and whether that attention is growing or fading. Relative volume measures share of voice within your comparison. AI sentiment analysis classifies matching posts as positive, neutral, or negative, with a score summarizing the balance of positive and negative posts. Distribution views let you compare the tone of conversations of different sizes. The timelines show when sentiment began to change around each subject and whether that change persisted. You can examine whether reactions are shifting across the group or developing differently around a particular subject.
Similar sentiment scores can accompany different emotional reactions. Emotion detection identifies expressions of anticipation, joy, anger, fear, and other feelings in matching posts. You can compare the emotional mix across your chosen subjects or follow a particular emotion over time. This helps you examine the kinds of reaction accompanying a rise in attention as an event approaches. The post feed’s sentiment and emotion filters let you read matching responses and understand what people are reacting to.
Social listening can also reveal connections within a conversation. The Mentions view ranks recurring hashtags and cashtags, along with mentioned accounts and linked websites. Its shared view highlights references that appear around several of the subjects you are comparing. A discovered tag or account can become a new query, with its own sentiment and emotion trends. You can add the same term to each existing query to compare discussion in a shared context, or keep a broad query alongside a narrower version to see how that part of the conversation differs from the whole.
You can write your own queries or ask a question in everyday language and have AI prepare them. The terms remain visible and editable. A query can include the different names used for a subject and exclude unrelated discussion. Topic filters apply across the comparison, allowing you to focus each subject on the same broad category, such as news or business. A new query can analyze posts already available for your chosen period, so you can add a subject you have just discovered and compare its history with the subjects you already follow.
